you can display the Member Icon as an image link using the following instructions:
1. The Icon must not be resized, to retain its graphic proportional integrity.
2. The image must be downloaded to your own site's /images directory.
You can right-click on it below, and "Save Picture As" (retaining
the same file name).

3. Do not "link"
to the image url, as it creates misleading traffic reports.
